Girl Hit By Vehicle Flown To Hospital

A young girl riding her bike was flown to a hospital Wednesday night, November 2, after she was hit by a vehicle, Polk County Emergency Medical Service(EMS) reported.

The girl whose identity was not released late Wednesday night was riding her bike near Main Street and Park Street East when she was hit by a vehicle shortly before 6:30 p.m., a Polk County EMS supervisor said.

The girl was injured critically and flown to a hospital
